Baita Cuz offers all the facilities of a bar and café, for a quick break, a self service lunch with a wide selection of hot and cold plates and a full service restaurant for lunch and dinner, to enjoy the most of our preparations.
The slope-side café
The Baita is located in the heart of the winter ski slopes and close to summer trekking trails and the arrival of the via ferrata.
After a cup of coffee and a slice of strudel you will start off again full of energy.
Or enjoy a relaxing pint of beer in good company on the panoramic terrace.
The café is open from 8.30 untill 23.00.
The self service restaurant
The self service restaurant is open during the winter period from 11.30 untill 15.00 and can accommodate up to 150 people.

Both in summer and in winter you can select from our a la carte menu, where chef Luciano’s mouth-watering dishes await you. We suggest you try our famous Cuz Plate. The richness of our traditional flavours will be presented with careful and friendly service.

The restaurant is open from 11.00 until 16.00 and dinner is served to the guests of our rooms between 19.00 and 20.00.
